After our research, we gain the following method to fix the clogged tank atomizers:

After you get your brand new atomizer, don’t forget to blow the primer e-liquid out completely before you use:

a. Blow out the e-liquid from the atomizer with slightly high pressure air.
b. Rinse the atomizer with distilled water serveral times, shake out well, then blow out with compressed air to make it dry.
c. Load a full battery and a new cartridge, try again.

If you want to store it and use later, we suggest you blowing the primer e-liquid out first, or sometimes the e-liquid dust will coagulate and stick to the atomizers. If your atomizers has been blogged by it, some extra work is necessary to get it smooth:

A. Use a clip or needle, bend one end like the following picture.

B. Try to find the 1 venting hole of the tank atomizer, insert the “special clip" into the venting hole of the atomizer, rotate the clip to eliminate the clogged e-liquid. Joye 510-T atomizer can be seen clearly, Joye eGo-T atomizer share the same connector.

C.  Block the certer hole of the connector with your finger and try to blow as hard as possible.

According to our test, it can fix nearly most of the blocked atomizers, it’ll be worth every minute you try it.

Even though Joye eGo-T atomizer is a revolutionary discovery, it is still an atomizer. You still need maintain it by cleaning regularly, it even needs more frequently cleaning owing to its larger consumption of e-liquid. It is better if you blow out the old e-liquid out every night before bed and let them dry overnight.

1. Use a brand new Joye eGo-T atomizer by starting from blowing the primer fluid out of the atomizer. Simply, blow hard from the battery end into a napkin, keep doing several times until no more fluid coming out.

Then prime the Joye eGo-T atomizer, put a couple of drops e-liquid into the piercing unit, then connect it to Joye eGo-T cartridges.

2. If your Joye eGo-T atomizer is not a new one, completely cleaning is more necessary. We gather several popular cleaning methods below:

A. Hot Water: Boil Joye eGo-T atomizers in hot water for more than 10 minutes and then dry at least overnight.

B. Hot water with baking soda or coco cola: The same method as above, but add some soda or coco cola to the hot water. Rinse well. Dry well.

C. Alcohol: Drip small amount of regular alcohol into the atomizer, then rinse out with hot water, shake out well, then blow out.

E. Dry Burn: Rinse under VERY hot water. Dry 48 hours, attach the atomizer to a manual battery, hold the battery button for 5-8 seconds, then release, continue “press & release" until no more vapor comes out.

Make sure it is completely dry and prime them with e-liquid before using. After cleaning, it may take a little while for Joye eGo-T atomizer to break in.

1. Clean the overflow prevention cap, middle cap and the vapor pathway frequently to prevent blockage. It is possible to pry the overflow prevention cap, middle cap with paper clip, clean them out with Q tip and paper towel. Our customer David kindly reported that it works well.

Clean excess liquids on your tips, wipe area immediately or wash with water.

eGo-T Atomizer Needle Plate Removal

This allows you to adjust your wick, recover your “dropped” wick, as well as give your atomizer a deep cleaning a little easier.

1. You need the proper tool.  I used a dental tool that I bent into an “L” shape thin enough to slide in under the needle plate on the edges.

2.You need to slide the tool into the atomizer, keeping the tip against the wall until it is flush with the bottom of the needle plate.

3. Rotate the tool so the tip goes underneath the needle plate.

4. Slide the tool to the side, as far as you can, so you’re under the “corner” of the plate.

5. Pull up gently, but using enough force to get it to start moving.

6. Remove the tool, and move it to the other side of the atty

7. Pull up gently, but firmly, and it should pop the needle plate right out!!!

Now, you can re-arrange your wick how you see fit (see the post with Vicki from Cignot’s video on wick manipulation for proper alignment).  You can also use this time to clean the atty, using whatever method you prefer.

To re-insert the needle plate:

1. Align the plate with the top of the atomizer, and gently start it into the hole.

2. Take an old atomizer cartridge, and place it over the needle.

3. Push the cartridge into the atomizer, this will push the needle plate in

4. Once you’re at the bottom, give it a little hard push, it should “snap” into place.

5. Grab something heavy and give the cartridge a few light taps to make sure it’s fully seated.

I.Base Package:

The e-cigarette eGo-T(tank) starter kit including:

II. How to use

a. Screw the e-cigarette eGo-T battery:

Screw and connect the e-cigarette eGo-T battery with the e-cigarette eGo-T tank atomizer, then will be stand-by state.

b. : Uncover the e-cigarette eGo-T blank Cartridge:

Step 1: Cut the plastic package;

Step 2: Remove the e-cigarette eGo-T cartridge rubber cover;

Step 3: Take off the eGo-T cartridge plastic cover.

c. Fill the e-liuid to the e-cigarette eGo-T tank cartridge:

Step 1: Take out the e-liquid bottle lid;

Step 2: cut off the top of bottle of e-liquid;

Step 3: Drip the e-liquid to the e-cigarette eGo-T tank cartridge until full;

Step 4: Cover the cartridge plastic cover again.

d. Put the e-cigarette eGo-T tank cartridge into the e-cigarette eGo-T atomizer:

Step1: Screw down the old inhaler;

Step2: Put the filled e-cigarette eGo-T tank cartridge into the e-cigarette eGo-T.

       * The e-cigarette eGo-T works only when you press the LED button. Press the LED button and inhale at the same time.

e. Charge the e-cigarette eGo-T battery:

       You just screw the e-cigarette eGo battery with the USB charger, then plug it into the PC or AC-USB Adapter. 1. the first charge should be kept for 8 hours, even if the LED light turns green. 2. Use for 20 minutes., 3. Charge the battery for another 1 hour. Your e-cigarette eGo battery is ready for normal using now. The normal charging time should be kept for 3 hours( even if the LED light turns green).

How To Use A Joye eGo-T Electronic Cigarette

Step 1:  Charge the batteries.  My eGo-T’s batteries were more or less amply charged once I got them, yours in all likelihood will be also.  They’ll most likely be fully charged in less than an hour.

Step 2: Prepare the atomizer.  You’ll need to blow out the priming liquid that it ships with, otherwise you will get a awful tasting vape for the 1st couple of minutes.  To properly blow it out, use a few tissues or paper towels, pushed against the atomizer end (The end without the screw connecter) and blow through the battery end.  Hard.  You will prefer to blow through it for about a few seconds (obviously taking breaks and taking breaths).  Once you no longer encounter any liquid dribbling out and spotting the paper, you’re good to go.
Acquire a piece of tissue paper and coil it up so it’s pointy, and place it in the atomizer end, and absorb any liquid left behind on the metallic plate, and interior walls.

Step 3:  filling up the storage tank.  There is three techniques I recognize for executing this, and I will address all three.
Technique 1: Remove the cap away from the bottom applying your fingernail.  Trickle the liquid inside till you are approximately 1/4″ from the top.  Reinstall the cap.
Technique 2: Drive the tank into the atomizer to puncture the seal.  Take out the tank and then use a syringe to fill up the storage tank, again, cease once you are about 1/4″ from the top.
Technique 3: Press the tank into the atomizer to puncture the seal.  Take out the tank, then press your bottle’s tip into the hole, and fill up the tank (this can be untidy on a few bottles), and once again, cease when you’re about 1/4″ from the top.
You need to stop 1/4″ from the top since it does not seem to wick the juice decently if you fill them the whole way up.  It appears to need a bit of air to wick decently.

Step 4:  positioning the tank onto the atomizer.   Drive the tank into the atomizer till it’s amply seated, there should be no more gap between the butt of the atty, and the edge of the storage tank.  Twist the tank around at the least 1 time to assure suitable wicking.  Orientation does not actually seem to count, but a few folks have stated that if you do not aline the slopes of the tank with the open sides of the atomizer, you’ll get cut down on airflow.  This hasn’t been my experience, but your milage could variate.

Step 5:  Bod the atomizer to the battery.

Step 6: B sure your battery is switched on.  The eGo-T batteries have a “five click” safety feature.

Step 7:  Prime the atomizer.  Without compressing the button, take 3-4 genuinely heavy puffs on the atty.  This will begin the wicking process, and get the juice feeding to the atomizer.  You ought to taste the flavour of the juice once you’re on your last puff.  Whenever you do not, try taking 1-2 additional primer puffs, just be aware, you do not want to flood it!

Step 8: press the button and vape.  With the eGo-T it’s better to take really long, easy puffs.  For me, it is approximately 4-5 seconds for a taste of vapor.  To get the best “hit”, I breathe in it shallowly, and blow it out slow through the nose.  If you require a really potent “hit”, you can try the French inhale.

eGo-T tips and tricks:

1 – Never use a juice with more than 30% VG – More than 30%VG can cause wicking problems, and you’ll be running your atty dry.

2 – Stay away from Darker juices.  They’ll work, but you’ll have to clean your atty every other day, as they tend to gunk up the atomizer, and cause airflow issues.

4 – Make sure your wick is in the right position.  If your first 3-4 hard primer puffs (without pressing the button) don’t give you a nice vape, use a paperclip to push the wick down inside the needle about 1mm, do this very gently or you can damage your atty.

5 – Make sure your tank is FULLY seated, there should be NO gap between the cone and edge of the tank.6 – After inserting the tank, rotate the tank inside the atty at least 45 degrees, some people spin it around a few times.  The final orientation of the tank in the atomizer doesn’t really matter.
