Solution: Ipod keeps asking to restore

>Shut down your computer, unplug the ipod.
>Put the ipod into disk mode (hold menu and center unti apple appears then immediately hold center and play)
>Restart the computer, then plug the ipod in to a dfiferent port.
>Click Start, then Computer,
>Double click the ipod to open it up. You should see “ipod control". If you don’t, then click or Oranize, folder and search options, then the view tab.
under advance settings select “show hidden files and folders"
>Ipod control should show up. Delete it.
>Open Itunes and restore. You might have to do this twice.

Also make sure that your other usb devices are unplugged. mice and keyboards don’t mater.
